DO INNER WORK

Honoring Women

At the center of our mission, right alongside leading men on the inner journey to their power source…

…is honoring the incredible women in our lives.

We do this in three ways:

Creating Spaces

Bringing men and women can together to have nuanced conversations, support one another, build bridges of understanding and deepen intimacy.

LISTENING

Listening to women’s perspectives, guidance and advice…and surrounding ourselves with strong women mentors.

This is the incredible Lisa O’Neill, Dominick’s mentor in New Zealand.

Broadening Men’s Worldviews

We are carefully curating and promoting a library of women-produced resources (that have also deeply influenced our work).

MuSt-see Documentaries

Hot Girls Wanted on Netflix

A chilling, maddening and sobering look into the world of porn and how they recruit young women, chew them up and ruthlessly spit them out.

If you are watching porn, you need to watch this documentary so you can make better decisions on how you “vote with your views,” demanding that working conditions and treatment of women improves.

This is like the Food Inc. and Forks Over Knives of the porn industry.

Miss-Representation on Netflix

A wakeup call into the way media outlets – television, news, cinema – present a narrow, disempowering and often misogynistic view of women (without us even recognizing it).
